Vendor form

Partnering with the Humber Bay Shores Waterfront Festival places your brand center stage with a vibrant, high-value audience in one of Toronto’s most scenic waterfront settings. From prominent signage and on-site activations to pre-event promotions, your brand will be woven into key touchpoints that capture attention and inspire connection.

 

Our marketing team will collaborate with you to design creative, high-impact moments that leave a lasting impression long after the festival ends. In exchange for the valuable partner benefits outlined, we invite your brand to join us as a Festival Partner with the following contribution:

 

Partnership Fees (10×10 ft booth)

CAD $500 – Premium locations closest to the Main Stage

CAD $400 – Mid-range locations with strong pedestrian visibility

CAD $350 – Standard locations along the festival route
